Whispers of History, Echoes of Youth

From June 26 to 30, 2025, we visited the historic cultural cities of Nanjing and Suzhou, embarking on an exchange journey filled with depth and emotion.

In Nanjing, we visited Confucius Temple, the Qinhuai River, Sun Yat-sen Mausoleum, Ming Xiaoling Mausoleum, and the Memorial Hall of the Victims in the Nanjing Massacre. Amidst the prosperity and scars of this ancient capital, we felt the heavy burden of historical memory. We grieved for the wounds of the past while deeply admiring the resilience of the Nanjing people in overcoming their suffering. We also engaged in an exchange with students from Nanjing Renmin Middle School; as we strolled through the campus, every sight and object seemed to whisper a century of history to us.

Moving on to Suzhou, we toured Zhouzhuang, the Lion Grove Garden, and Hanshan Temple. The soft beauty of the Jiangnan water towns and the elegance of the ancient gardens left a deep impression on our hearts. That sense of tranquility and poetry was so captivating that we found it truly unforgettable.
